MinFluenco Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the MinFluenco platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using MinFluenco’s services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
MinFluenco is an online platform that connects brands with influencers for the purpose of promoting products and generating sales. The platform offers various tools for campaign management, analytics, and collaboration.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and to maintain and promptly update your profile information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services provided by MinFluenco. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as data mining, data harvesting, and hacking.
4. Content and Conduct
- User Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to MinFluenco. However, by uploading content, you grant MinFluenco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Termination
MinFluenco reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform, without any advance notice, for conduct that MinFluenco, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, MinFluenco, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MinFluenco makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MinFluenco shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
